Product Warranty Information

Consumers are protected in Australia by the ACCC, and we have a limited 12-month guarantee against faulty Wellness Diffusers.  We will not have spare parts for these diffusers, so replacements/credits are given in lieu of repair offers.

Retailers who are approached by consumers for returns of assumed faulty Wellness Diffusers will be required to test in-store the diffuser for evidence of faults.  If the retailer ascertains that the product is defective, the item must be sent to Bramble Bay Co for further testing.  We cannot allow photography in these circumstances.  Proof of purchase must be supplied along with the product.

Bramble Bay Co will test the returned product.  If a fault is not evident, the product will be returned to the retailer in their order or sent back at the discretion of Head Office.  If faulty, a new replacement will be sent back in a current order or credited to the retailer (including postage costs).  This is decided regarding a retailer’s order in the system, stock levels and transportation costs.  The most efficient option is the discretion of Bramble Bay Co.
